She appears to have little computer experience/knowledge and the email she sent today leaves little to be desired from a *grasp of the english* language pov :rolleyes:
NO punctuation whatsoever, caps where there shouldn't be, bad spelling and it actually started *I have had ask Monica*
The judgement I have been reserving is not being very reserved at the mo
Not eaten the MOST diet food today but the idea is that we just cut out the crap first and then join (or follow) WW or SW later.
I've had: toast, jacket spud with cheese & beans, sausages/gravy in a giant yorkshire. Snacks have been a banana, french fries (crisps) and a chocolate biscuit that would have been rude to refuse alongside my contract

His starting weight is 17st 12.5lbs :eek::eek: I have yet to get on the scales :rolleyes: but I'll be about 11st 7lbs

ooo - just found your thread. well done on the contract! my diet starts each monday and is usually over by tuesday lunchtime...
