It may be a good thing if you make your own tea, mine is always ruining it. Am off to make my own and others teas now-wrong times on forum and have completely lost track of time.

Well, I cant actually decide what *we* want.

We were all gonna have toad in the hole with onion gravy but the girls have eaten so I might make subs or I might just get a tin of soup out the cupboard and let him fend for himself :p

Back at work today and spent:
    • 30p on breakfast :o
    • £2.46 on lunch :o:o
    • £10 on bloody birthday's :o:o:o
So not a very DFW day BUT when MB was at The Nuffield the other day the Dr gave him a script, their own pharacy was closed but a *helpful  * receptionist told me that we could use it at any pharmacist!

    She lied

The bloody local one cost £12.12    Anyhoo, I have spoken to them today and he should have got it for free at their pharmacy so they will reimburse with a letter and receipt :D

HMRC and IB appeal letter both sent RD today so hopefully those will be sorted soon.

Diet going well so far. Had toast for breakfast and a ham salad sandwhich for lunch (with a packet of crisps :o).

MB only had pate on toast all day

Not got weighed yet though which I suppose we should in order to see what we lose :p

How did the first day go for you spud?

    Hellooo :hello:

I've been OK ish. Toast for brekkie, jacket spud and beans for lunch then veggie burgers and bean mash for dinner. Too many beans me thinks :rotfl:

Good luck with the diet Jo. Says me who's waiting for the pizza delivery to come 'cos I couldn't give a monkey's gonads for cooking a bean stew tonight!
