Ewarwoowar - I agree with you. You raise the points I was going to make but you beat me to it. I'm a litigator by profession (although I do other things now) and all those points I would be raising in any court proceedings.0

Thanks for sharing that. The first part of the answer is particularly relevant to the OP-
"You need to check exactly what your lease says."
The part about the actual level of fee may give the OP some useful help on challenging the amount his management company is seeking to levy.0 -

But raising the points does not mean that you would necessarily be successful in getting the judgement you were seeking0 -

I'm not going to argue about this tbs624 as it's understood. I'm just making the point the OP does have a case.0 -

I understand the OP's frustration. He took the flat (and paid more for it!) on the condition that he had a parking space and now he has no parking space. When my boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere new to rent, allocated parking was very important because I have a classic car which is my hobby. We turned one very nice flat down because there was only on-street parking.
Anyway, as the lease ends at the end of the month, could you not go onto a periodic tenancy? That will leave you free to find somewhere else with a month's notice. Make it clear that this mess is your only reason for leaving. Make sure you get all important things in writing from now on too.
As for what to do with your car, I suppose you'll have to find somewhere safe to park it, even if it's a 20 minute walk away.0
