you can use tesco deals to pay for a car-would help a bit 100=400

Thanks for the suggestion! :T Unfortunately, I used all my Tesco points on Legoland entry and accommodation last month so I'm starting saving from scratch again! :o

This lot of Tesco vouchers are earmarked for a Tussauds annual pass (gives free entry to Alton Towers, Legoland and London Eye amongst others.) I need £85 in points for that alone so won't have any spare for a car fund. :(

He's only after a second-hand car and it wouldn't work out as good value using Tesco points (as they don't allow any extra discounts etc.) Wish we could get the car with points alone though! That would be brilliant. :D

Hi Alex. You can make an extra £5-£10 a day through overtime, selling on Ebay, free bingo, matched betting(see the gambling loophole section for details of this) or making savings on things that you would have bought anyway(i.e. BOGOFs,3for2's etc) Good luck & welcome!!
    Thanks for the quick response.

Batgirl - Please count me in...if that's ok.

    Alex.

I'm a bit behind! I sold a book on Amazon today for £5.95! Also, I don't suppose this counts but I just cashed in £130 on my shopandscan account and got it in B&Q vouchers - we need to smarten our house up and this'll help enormously!! (The £130 has been saved up in points over 12 months). See shopandscan.com although I don't think they're recruiting just now.
    I don't drink, don't smoke, don't go out - why aren't I rich?
    Don't worry, I'm working on it! :p

OMG why has everything good on pigsback gone up!! ARGH thats so unfair. :(
Was so close to getting a voucher :(

Batgirl, I know i've not been posting long but ive been reading a while and got a rough idea who it is. Maybe you should confirm to us all who it is and we can all send them nasty PMs. Everyone has problems, there is no need to take it out on you. Everyone on here can agree you've helped us all more than you could imagine!

Batgirl, please stick around, don't let some spiteful weasel drive you away.

My vision has started to return following my op and I know I have a lot of catching up to do - am not so good at making money but have found ways of frittering it away:eek: Still, I jest, I am quite chuffed that I have managed to blag 75 piggypoints in the last few days without doing anything but register for rubbish and clicking through to see ads.

I need to make a determined effort this month because I am fed up of being skint - I am even gearing myself up to reclaiming some RPI from Amex (I hope they send me the dosh instead of adding credit to my card).:D

Batgirl - please count me in for the challenge for every month for the rest of the year.:D

Hi there, just caught up with my reading and want to send my sympathy to BatGirl, this is an amazing thread and loads of us support you, don't let one persons nasty comments get you down. like has already been said, let us know who it is, and see how they like it!
£19 for me today, at last had a bingo win - yippee! Had just about given up, but perseverance paid off in the end, would have been nice if it had had a few more 0's on the end, but mustn't be greedy. Hope everyone is having a good day.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
  • Nowt to report again today! But I'm very happy with my totals so far :D

Got stuff in the pipeline, but some of that won't happen until next month like my car boot sale and car insurance renewal.

I'm really sorry to hear whats happened to you batgirl but please don't let that person stop you from posting. If it wasn't for this thread I wouldn't have an extra £150 this month!

Everybody is doing really well :T :T

    LMS xx

Edit: I forgot to mention that I signed up to slice the pie, again I will have to wait and see what happens with that!!
