    pinkydinkydo,

I very very rarely do mystery shops these days as I think they pay terrible for the amount of work and travelling that you do. However, I am still on some of their books and very occasionally will take one up that is worth my while. I totally avoid the likes of "crapbusters" - lol. I really can't be bothered talking to 16 different people, scrutinzing name badges, remembering what was said and filling in mega long reports for a fiver.

That said, after not doing any for ages and ages, I have done 2 this week. One was a really strange on for wedigtv and they stuck £35 quid in my account straight away, I had to buy 5 products along with my normal shop (which came to around £17) and I got to keep the rest of the money and also the products. So well worth my time.

They other was a quick visit to my local supermarket on my doorstop and I had to check out one product on their shelf and see if a certain code was on the product, as it happened they didn't have the product in stock and it took about 10 minutes of my time whilst popping in the shop anyway - for this I will get paid a tenner. This was with Associa.

Best one ever was a for a mobile phone company, where I got to keep a top of the range mobile and they paid my contract for a year - didn't get any pay, but saved me a packet for my mobile!

Not done too well this weekend, didn't much chance!

Managed to save £3.63 on shopping, 26p clicks and 50p for a survey.

The money I save/make will go towards my fees for the house we're trying to buy. Will only make a small mark on them but some is better than none! :D

    Total: £4.49

This brings up a good question (or I'm just nosey!) - what is everyone doing with their extra money?

I am stricty putting everything into a high interest savings account to use when we have a baby (currently TTC). I find watching the total grow keeps me motivated as does the mental shopping - i.e. right, that's the pram paid for! :D

Sorry Youngest birthday today so been out all day so missed a lot of posts but saw this one, my husband had a pay cut last year for a much better job so some of my money counteracts that and the rest is going towards a new kitchen, we had a price last 6 mths ago from b&q and rang last weds to say yes we now have near enough the money so lets go ahead and they said its gone up £1000:eek::eek::eek::eek: so gutted about that so saving some more :o

    Here is the shortened version.
    So far this month
£31 from my odds and ends pot

    £6 for stamps from P.O.
    £10.13 e-bay
£4 luncheon vouchers from the site we don't mention
£5.46 from caio, not bothering with them any more
I think that makes£79.59,which is a good start but family are visiting next week so not much will get done

The end of a week - snow, rain and everything in-b/w. England is a joy to live in. I don't think I quite deserve it.

    Anyway, I made:

    - £7.93 which was given to me by a friend for posting off a book for her - she told me to keep the change,
    - 23p change from a spent £20 BodyShop voucher I was given last month
    - and HURRRAAAH, I found 1p on the street. I took it in, gave it something to eat and wrapped it up in a blanket.

    That's me. :-)

I wish everyone well next week. A glorious one.

(oh, and what do I plan to do with money made? Just use it for everyday living. Nothing specific.)

    I AM BRAVE. I JUST DON'T KNOW IT....YET. :)

    Cheers honey!

My daughter wil be very chuffed to hear that.

We're going to have another go tomorrow cos we're both off. (But tomorrow she says she wants the full hair and make up treatment so I shouldn't think we'll take any actual pictures 'til at least lunchtime! :D  )

It was quite fun doing it together though - we both kept getting the giggles! If it helps sell my bits and bobs then that's an extra bonus. :D At least my eBay page won't be boring huh? ;)

    Love Jacks xxx :D
