How do I sell a website?!

over the last year or two I have taught myself a bit of HTML and SEO, and built a few websites based around affiliate marketing of niche products, using ebay, adsense, clickbank, tradedoubler, amazon etc, but due to other commitments, I want to reduce the number of sites I have.

The sites are all taking clicks and earning commissions, one is receiving about 3000 clicks from google searches and has a PR3 ranking, another has seen some huge traffic in the early days, but the buzz around the product has since tailed off a bit reducing the daily hits.

So how do I go about valuing the sites, and where is a good place to sell them? I'm well clued up on eBay, but is this a good venue to resell? I've looked at sedo, but they are after 3 months of their own chargeable traffic reports before they consider handling it.

Also, the mechanics of the transfer - do I simply change the registrant details with my domain name provider, or do I have to go through some other transfer process? With regards the site content, is it a case of giving the buyer FTP access to get the files, or do I Zip them up and put them on rapidshare for example?

Any help would be appreciated and judicious use of the Thanks button will follow!
