Yep Gills you have been a great help, my father in law is in a bad way and its touch and go, but we new this before the op was to take place, was very distressing for my wife saying goodbye the night before they both new but didnt say anything. But on the bright side he is holding his own in intensive care, keep everything crossed.sad_gills_fan wrote:Cool, really pleased that you sorted it out. p.s. Just make sure that when you call up to restart it that he is with you and able to speak to the advisor (even if it's to say you can do it for him). You will need the old account number/address .. they will then link them together making it easier for everyone. You'll get a different account number but that shouldn't matter. Should be able to be done same day if everything has stayed the same (number especially).
