Hi all,
Selling my car tomorrow, put the original radio back in but I need a code? Peugeot are asking for £20!?
Is there any other way I can get this done asap for either cheaper of even better free!?
Serial Number = CL040110633895
Model No = PU2294A
Tried leaving ignition on for an hour+ but this didn't work..
Thanks

Do you still have the original handbook or documentation? Often the code is there (either a credit type card with the code printed on it or written in by the original owner).
There also seems to be a few websites around that offer the code for a fee. Sadly I've not found a free one by googling, maybe someone else can recommend a reliable forum that can help.

I've had a look through the handbook and servicebook but there are no 4 digit codes, very frustrating

There are plenty of websites which state they'll do it, but they charge £25 and takes a few days, even the ones which state 'instant'0 -
my calculators all asking for an 8 digit code, any more info on the unit?Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0

When I rang Peugeot to get the code for a radio that came with a 206 they gave it to me for free over the phone, there and then. The car was originally supplied by them, not sure if that helped grease the wheels, but they said they always got calls asking for codes. I wasn't the first owner of the car, for what it's worth.
