hello, a few days ago, I put through an investment instruction online at HL website. when i logged into my account today and found that there is no record of my instruction, the money has been sitting in my account for last few days. I am not happy at all with HL web.
has it happened to any of you MSE? because the fund price has gone up so I have lost out. any idea how I can get them invested at the price at the day when I submitted the instruction last week?
