I booked a family holiday a couple of months ago (online) through Hays Travel. Unfortunatly I recently found out that the dates clashed with another trip that my son is going on. Well, Hays Travel rang me yesterday to confirm the refund. And she said that the £150.00 was because of lose of deposit of £50.00 per person, and she apologised for any mis-information.
I hate confrontation, especially when I'm not sure where I stand. Like you said it's proving it.
