you keep me hanging on ?

Has any one else had trouble getting through to operations at thomascook group.Have now been on hold since twelve mid day because they have over booked the hotel and changed it to one that is not acceptable :mad: :mad: :mad: it's my mum and dad's holiday and they go on the 13th of april (2 weeks on sunday)

Oh yes, they answer very quickly when you ring to book a holiday but any other problems and the phone immediately goes to hold.:mad: Having problems with them at the minute as well.

still havn't got through to them was on hold for nearly 3 hrs and gave up :mad:
We have to speak to the operations team but if yours is just a general query ring the customer help desk on 08000288808, that number was answered quite quick , in about 10 mins but they couldn't help us and better still its free.:D

Mum is really annoyed because she sent a few emails to them over the past 3 days and they have all come back with a delivery notification stating "deleted before being read" :mad: .
the hotel they were meant to be staying in was lovely and the one they have been offered is not so good going by the reviews on trip advisor etc plus my dad is disabled and this hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties :rolleyes: .
Hope you get yours sorted and let me know if you ever do get through to them :rotfl:
