Advice needed ND course help

I am just completing a ND in 3D Design and in September i will be starting an ND in Photography, i am currently on income support as i suffer from grand marl seizures and i recently did a review with the benefits agency so i have 3 yrs till i have to go for another one and i am going to be studying
what i would like to know is what help is their available to me which wont affect my benefits as i have no other form of funding
any help is greatly received
