Bit of background: we have had a shuffle of mobiles in our house,hence I needed to unlock a mobile from Tesco mobile so that I could use an orange sim. Several people tried to assist on this site to unlock the phone, but I was unable to unlock the phone.Thank-you everyone for your help.
Well I contacted Tesco who offered me 50 mins for 3 months, but also sent me the instructions and code free of charge. I still couldn't unlock the phone, so they did it for me!
I sent the phone to them,they unlocked it,returned it and refunded me the postage. Turn around was less than 48 hours.
