Hi all
Not sure if i can post this here.
I have a ccj going back about 2/3 years - i didnt knw - but guess it roughly around the time when i moved. On checking my credit report i realised that this was probably the reason why i am normally declined for everything.
I have the amount and when it was issued and a reference no -but i dont know who issued it. How can i find this out -so i can pay it espcially as it is only a £100. I contacted a court - but they asked who issued it which is what i need to know.
Please advise me of the quickest way to locate who i need to pay
thanks

Hi
I have a couple of CCJs and the name of the company who issued it along with the Court name and reference number shows on my credit report. When I contacted the court about payment I just gave them the reference number and they located the information for me - I had one judgement with Hull Court and one with Northampton. Failing that can you think of any Credit Cards/Catalogues/HP loans etc, that you failed to pay?0
