Kaupthing: changing linked account and fixed bond

Hi,

I have two questions regarding the Kaupthing Edge saving accounts:

1) Is it possible to edit the linked account (to load money from another account for instance). Is it possible online? Is there a charge or delay?

2) For their fixed-term accounts, what's happening is removed before the end of the term. Do we still get credited the interests for the period the money was in? For instance, for a 6 month term, if money is removed after 3 months, do we get 3 month interest at the agreed rate?

3) Any feedback regarding Kaupthing's customer service and website? How long does it usually take to credit money using BACS?

Sorry if those questions have been answered previously. I did search on this forum and Google, but could not identify clear answers.

You can only transfer funds from an existing linked account. So if you wanted to fund from another bank other than your linked one, you'd have to change it to be your linked one first. You can do this online.

I've found their CS to be fine, not that I've needed to use it other than an initial enquiry I had before setting up account. I've found that the BACS transfer takes 4 working days before funds arrive in account.
