Thanks for everyones advice.
We have agreed a price of £131k for the sale of mine and £182k for the purchase of the other house.
Only problem now is that after this weeks news on prices dropping even further and a poorer forecast for the next few years, I'm getting slightly cold feet.
What do people think of the drop in rates and should this change my mind about the purchase?0 -
