Hi, our EA called this afternoon and asked if he could come over to discuss the way forward/future marketing. we put the house on the market 7weeks ago. we didnt have any viewings for two weeks then we had one, and another a week later. nothing since. have had good communication from EAs and generally happy - but…

hi just to update - EA came over and chatted to us about dropping the price and we have agreed to drop it to offers in excess of £150k so fingers crossed we will get some viewings. we have changed the description of the lounge diner to just a lounge as thats more realistic. and we are taking another picture of the kitchen and one of the lounge from the other angle. and taking off the picture of the bedroom probably.
