I want to save a web page and then insert it into a word document. How do I do that?

I paid for a BIN listing with Credit Card via PayPal. The seller gave a very brief description and a link to a website saying "see www.xxxxxx for more information on this product". When the item arrived it was an inferior product to that shown on the website. The seller is now trying to say that they are not responsible for the info on the manufacturers website. As far as I'm concerned, it's the seller's responsibility to ensure that the website accurately and unambiguously describes the item they're selling.
Anyway, I have filed a PayPal dispute but am getting nowhere with the seller. I now need to decide whether to escalate the paypal dispute to a claim or just to raise a dispute with my Credit Card company.
It seems that the paypal rules say that if they call in my favour, I still have to pay the return postage and would then have to claim that back through the small claims procedure.
Has anybody had experience of this?0
