21st birthday holiday, help needed

Hello, I'm booking a "special - once in a lifetime" holiday for someone who is turning 21.
The budget is pretty flexible (no more than £800 per person not inc spending money,and not necessarily inc food).
Basically what is needed is something with "wow" factor... basically the works, upgraded buisness class flights, free champagne etc.
If anyone has any cool ideas of places that do a package, or a moneysaving idea to bring price per person down i'd love to hear suggestions.
We are pretty flexible with location.
Personal experiances would especially be welcome.

I have no experience with business class flights but I am not sure how far you would be able to travel (distance wise) business class with your budget.
How long were you hoping to stay away for? Were you looking for a week or more or maybe a blowout luxury weekend somewhere?
When are you looking to travel and from which airport?0
