Has anyone got one of these?

I only ask as I have ordered two of them but I just wondered if they have height-adjustable shelves and whether lever arch files would fit on them ... before I fork out for 32 lever arch files!
If anyone could help I would be VERY grateful.
of course I've checked the measurements Tesco have given, but they don't really answer my question ...
