Am I paying too much?

I'm with npower for both my Gas & Electric. I moved into my flat inmay and since then the bills have been as follows-

Gas
19/05/07 - 19/06/07 £17.78
19/06/07 - 19/09/07 £35.02
19/09/07 - 14/01/08 £164.86
14/01/08 - 14/03/08 £120.99

Electric
19/05/07 - 15/10/07 £63.64
15/10/07 - 21/01/08 £51.99

Is this high? Or am I getting a good deal here?

You need to work out how many Kilowatt hours you are using, without this its impossible to compare prices with any level of accuracy.

At another £121 to make up the year, 15,400 ball park figure, 5000 kwh less than average. For the gas.
Do a comparison using 15,500 see what happens.
Electric, again roughly, less than 2000 kwh per year. You are a low user.

As Pen says use the kwh from the bill. Estimate 700 for electric to finish off and 4000 kwh for the gas.
Figures have not been checked.
