Help with Travelodge Super Saver query

Hi guys.
I was just looking to book 2 nights stay in a travel lodge hotel (the stoke talke one in particular)
When checking the prices for 2 nights (20th-21st june) the total price is £79.
However, i thought id check the price by looking at booking the dates individually and it works out cheaper to do it this way as the 20th June is a saver room at £29 and the 21st June is £39.
Does anyone know if i could book them individually? Or perhaps even email travel lodge and ask if they can adjust the price? I wouldnt even care if i had to check out and re check in later in a different room if i had to lol...just wondered if anyone reckons the hotel would adjust the price for me or not?
Thanks peeps

You can book 1 night only then 1 night only for the 2nd night - usually on arrival if you let the reception desk know they will re-allocate the rooms for the 2nd night so you can stay in the same room, as it also means they do not have to change the linen !0

Yep, there have been a couple other threads recently confirming that this is the case and you will have no problems doing this.0

This doesn't just apply to Travelodge either. I have 'split' stays at Marriotts and Intercontinentals when there was a benefit in doing so. The hotels don't mind one bit. This space has been intentionally left blank0
