I have several items on EBay and all are marked with postage for UK but i have stated that i will post to other destinations but will have to review the postage. Someone has asked me if i will post to France and how much the postage will be. I have worked out how much it will cost but how do i charge them the extra postage if they win the item????????????

You can simply add the postage as a seller's charge when you send them an invoice assuming they win.
In future, it'd be an idea to list postage charges when you list your item. If you use https://www.auctiva.com it's easy to add international postage rates, you can add one price for Europe and another for the rest of the world0
