SVP, great service

I don't really have to post this as m ost of us know just how SVP provide great customer service. I just placed an order this evening, and five minutes afer placing it I got an email saying that if I use a code they will knock £2 of postage.
Typical for me, I just missed out and although I have over the years experinced great value and great service I thought I would contact SVP to see if they would knock the £2 off. Sure enough 45 minutes later two emails one from SVP and another from CC clearnace compnay SECCpay with £2.40 back.
I knows its only £2.40 but every little helps or so Tesco keep saying. Anyhow this is one of the reasons why I like SVP for good customer service.
