    I was worried that I had forgotten my Memorable Word after only a few days but I am reassured that my braincell is still functioning.:rotfl:

    Yes. Customer Services have said there is a problem . . . . . .

    Also I note that their website doesn't work correctly with the Opera browser nor, apparently, with Safari.
    Where now?

    I cant logon also and have also forgotton my memoriable word :rotfl:

    I just want to check that other people are still having problems. It's been over 24hrs now and hope it's not just me!

    Spoke to customer services and aparently there is an IT issue which is affecting a small number of customers (me included!!)

    Just wanted to add that I had to ring them a couple of days ago when I couldn't remember my details.A real person answered the phone & the whole thing was dealt with very smoothly.....very impressive.
