Winzip help

Hi,

When I click on "Add" I could only add individual files. Is there anyway I can insert a folder with couple of files?

My own preference is to open Windows Explorer, then simply using the mouse cursor place it next to the group of files you want to zip hold down the left mouse button then drag the cursor over the files. Or you could hilight the first one, then hold down the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard and select using your mouse and the left click button the other folders you want to zip. Then right-click on one of the highlighted folders and from the context menu 'Add to zip'.

Or you could double click the icon on your desktop, click 'Add' then using the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard highlight the files you want to include, then click the zip button. Or create another folder on your desktop include the files you want to compress, then right click on the folder itself and choose zip.
