eon price increase
my weekly payment was 7.50 a week but the bill before last i noticed i was in arrears. i phoned them and they said just carry on paying as normal, but as i was a bit worried about the arrears i started to pay £10 a week.but still the arrears was growing and it is now £200 and they want to increase my weekly payments to £16. i explained about connecting them before and they do admit that i never miss a payment. we only live in a 2 up 2 down.and they want to over double the paynent which they orignal told me to carry on paying. they said if the arrears isn't paid soon i'll have to have a prepayment meter in. which i don't want
