Well got a call from MD of british gas office

This morning i got a call from someone in responce to my email who said they worked on behalf of the MD and said that the bill i have been awaiting for 7 months was sorted and on it's way..it was £150 odd then it jumped to just over £200 then up to £300, today he confimed it was £260odd still not sure it was right tho going to look into it....i have to pay £55 per month to clear this and the current usage..not sure wether to ring back and pay a chunk off it tbh to knock the monthly payments down.
least he rung hey it's only taken lods of complaints and letters , endless calls..we will still change supplier when the bill sorts itself to normal..if that ever happens!!
if anyone else has any probs i do reccomend emailing it's the only sense i have had in a long while!
