Underwear help

I am having a dilemma with underwear now. I had originally bought a standard strapless bra to go under it but the strap shows too much between the laces.

Has anyone tried the ones with the clear back strap? Are they any good? I had thought of one of the stick on types but in my size DD would stand for dreadful disaster. i just don't think it would give me enough support and I don't want to spend all day hauling my dress up to feel comfortable.

Paddingtondoo have you tried Figleaves - they seem to have a wide range of underwear there. Is the bodice part of your dress boned? My friend wore her dress without her bra (she's a dd cup too) and you never would have noticed...

i've found a great bikini on there - which is another one of my usual problems - those triangles just don't do the job :rotfl:

My dress is boned and it looks fine I just don't feel safe and looking down on it all day will make me want to haul it up.

my tattoo is on the back of my shoulder will be on show. Not sure if my mother knows about it. Will give her something else to moan about :rolleyes:

Lol :rotfl: My mum didn't find out about my tattoo's until very recently - she was quite disappointed!

I know how you feel about the underwear situation - it took me ages to find underwear to fit me as I have a very big bust size (FF cup) I managed to find a strapless basque on eBay in my size though which was great and looks really nice...if I happen to come across anything i'll let you know.

p.s you're dress is so stunning and i'm jealous I got mine ages ago now lol

i went into the local underwear shop this morning and had mixed success.

The low back converters are for use with bras with straps on so that's not an option. She did suggest some stick on ones but decided I would be more concerned about them dropping off :rotfl:

She has offered me a normal strapless bra in nude on approval to try on so am going to arrange another try on when my hoop arrives and try that failing anything else turning up

I've just got my underwear. It's not very sexy but it should do the job

It's a nude bodyshaper with a clear back strap and removable clear straps. Another of my ebay bargains!

I've decided not to go with the modesty panel.
