Orange Livebox and wired network

I have a wired network of 4 computers working happily vai a 4 port Trust router.
I have changed to orange as my ISP and they have sent me a "livebox" which supports one wired conection so it isnt going to replace my router.
Can I use the livebox to get the free phone calls whilst still keeping my wired network.? There's scant documentation with the thing.
a) Would I take out the in cable from the router, connect this to the livebox then get another cable from the wired output of the livebox to the in socket on the router.
or b) would i connect an out cable from the router to the in cable of the livebox and then connect the livebox wired out socket to the in socket of the computer
or c) is it all too complicated and should I just put it back in the box and forget it?
I remember when I got the router working I had to type commands in to a c prompt like the old days and it took hours to get it working so I am loath to do anything which will put the existing network at risk.

You should connect it like this:
filtered socket > livebox > your router with your wired pcs plugged into this.
You will need to set your router to have a default gateway of 192.186.1.1 (livebox IP).
Assign your the 'out to the livebox' ethernet socket on your router IP address 192.168.1.2.
The PC's should also have a default gateway of 192.168.1.2
This means when they look for where to send a request it goes to your router, which passes it out to the livebox and from there on to the web.
At least I think that should work, off the top of my head!
And DHCP should be switched off on your router.0 -

Cheers.
I will have a go at it tomorrow morning when the kids are off the internet.0
