Bank Charges for closing accounts

I have recently moved my business bank from Natwest to HSBC to take advantage of free day to day business banking for 18 months.
The balance once all funds had been transferred from my reserve account was £221.19. There are then 4 transactions aken from the said account, leaving me with £0.00. These charges are £60.00 to close, £6.31 to close, £60.00 last per'd and £94.88 last per'd. Surely this cannot be right. I have taken it up with the bank who say they will look into it. How can they work those charges out from £221.19 to then leave me with exactly nothing? It cannot cost this much to close an account!

charges on business accounts go out the month after the account is closed. For example last months charges would be due out at the end of the month and this months charges at the end of next month. That is what is liely to have happened. The £60 maybe the service charge for the two months.0
