    and me too. Mind you never had to claim and thats when you find out how good a policy is.

    I forgot to add that if you join one of the LL Associations ( either a national one or a local with that is affiliated) you'll get a discount on premiums with companies such as Boswells, plus you'll have access to lots of useful help & information for when you start tearing your hair out due to the joys of landlording........;)

    I've used Simple insurance for a number of years now with no problems. They offered a discount on multiple properties too which is very handy.

    Don't forget when you do arrange your insurance to tell them what type of tenant you have in as this will affect the premium. It's usually more expensive if say you were letting to sharing students as opposed to professional (employed) people.
