no foreign exchange fee?

in Credit cards
I've looked at the post office website and nowhere does it say that they don't charge a foreign exchange fee. The M&S card I have at the moment charges a 2.75% fee and since I do a lot purchases in US dollars, might aswell reduce this as much as possible.
Does anyone know if the offer is still available?

"purchases overseas" I understood this to be using your card abroad not using your card in a different currency. I guess I was wrong.
Thank you guys for your input, I think I will go for the post office one as it has the lowest APR.0 -
Depending on the value of your purchases, I would take a close look at the exchange rates they use too. No point going for "No Commission" when their rate is 5% worse than others.
I use Nationwide Visa for all my overseas purchases as they don't charge any commission and the exchange rates are pretty close to the interbank rates.Signature on holiday for two weeks0 -
You cannot compare the exchange rates as these are based on the card type not the company. Nationwide use the Visa rate and Post Office use the Mastercard rate - they will vary but there is going to be very little in it and one will never be better than the other at all times.Mutton_Geoff wrote: »Depending on the value of your purchases, I would take a close look at the exchange rates they use too.
