Ordered 10 items on Monday morning, delivered this morning and TBH am NOT impressed !!

I'm ecstatic, all the ordered goods have been delivered bar a single £1.00 item which I wasn't too fussed about in any case.
But to top it off, they've sent me an extra item in error which has not been charged to my card, nor is it included on the delivery invoice. Ok I didn't order this, so didn't necessarily want it, but it will come in handy on the odd occasion !

    Thanks to the OP !

Well it looks like YOU have got the cafetiere that was out of stock on my order that has just arrived!! Thanks!

I recently received only part of a couple of orders, and it took about 8 weeks to get the out of stock items refunded (and took quite a few telephone calls and emails).

I now only order items from them which they seem to have extensive stock of.....................

The bins are fab!! So are the bath sheets and duck feather pillows. Cheers OP. My sister ordered 2 of the MP4 players for a tenner each and they are fantastic. Have to buy a 2 pin convertor as they are rechargeable and have a 2 pin plug but for that price who cares!
