When you arrive, go to a newsagents and buy a days out paper - its printed locally, it has a whole page of discount vouchers.Always on the hunt for a bargain0

I was shopping in Tescos at Lowestoft two days ago, and on each of the tills there are stacks of vouchers for Pleasurewood hills, which is of course next door.
In relation to other stuff in the Great yarmouth area, my suggestion is to buy the Mercury, which has loads of vouchers in it for the holiday season. There are normally vouchers for the sea life centre, fish and chips at Harry Ramsdens etc etc etc etc....
Have a good holiday, and I hope the weather stays fine for you. Despite it's faults, it's not a bad place to go really....
Hope this helps....

We are going to Yarmouth next weekend. Is Pleasurewood Hills suitable for teenagers who adore Alton Towers or will they find it a bit boring in comparison? Has anyone any ideas of where else they might go? We do not know the area at all.0

they will prob find it a little boring compared to AT. But if you do go warn them not to expect AT. I went with my gf and friends a few weeks back. I enjoy it but then again we used to go when we were very young so a lot of it is nice memories. But they have a couple of good rides. Also very little ques compared to AT.JeremyMarried 9th May 20090

Sorry but Pleasurewood Hills closed for the winter on 25th September. I've just found it in my local guide :mad:2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

Thanks for letting me know about Pleasurewood Hills. Is Pleasure Beach still open, or has that closed as well? If it has also closed, does anyone have any ideas about how I can keep a couple of active teenagers amused in Great Yarmouth over the weekend?0
