Hi girls(& boys?)
Used(or tried to use) my last 9 hair vouchers today.
Used the first one with the UG acm voucher, also bought 3 x nail kits (last 3) and the soap with body butter. Forgot to give the soap voucher, asked SA to refund and put through again(panicking as it would hopefully come up at £1.50!!!!!). She said she would refund it and so I got £1.50 back(so paid £6.50 for both sob sob) got home and no soap in bag, she must have kept it and refunded me the £1.50.
Can I take back the body butter for a refund?

Second shop to use up 8x £2 vouchers. SA refused the UG and TS acm vouchers, would not even try them. Said only one voucher per transaction. I was annoyed as I had used the UG twice before no probs. I ended up not using 2 of my vouchers and she asked if I wanted them!!! I said give them to another customer as I cant be bothered getting any more, she screwed them up and threw them in the bin.
Also bought 3 reduced no 7 using points and it did not go through as 342!! Can I take them back? Only bought as 342, dont need them!!!!
I find it all very stressful at the till even when I am organized with vouchers etc.


Anyway, now have about 10 x £2 make up voucher. Hoping for a glitch near end of it!

It's always the same girl. I can't even walk past the max factor stand nowadays.

Oh well, got to go and pick up some glasses on tuesday so I may wonder into boots after, to see if the glasses are working and everything Haha

1. Med coupon beeps-tried twice

2. No7 nail kits lower shelf main no7 stand-sel of £10 go through 2.50 and 342 about 15 sets left at 3pm today

3. Ted Baker mini perfumes and mini aftershaves on shelf by main tills downstairs. Sels say £15 go through at £3.75 and loads left of each type.

If they say something like "Why are you at the maxfactor stand?" atleast you have an excuse so you can say "Oh, is this maxfactor? Must be the glasses!".

this is in Durham - I had no probs using it yesterday but one SA (older SA upstairs) read the voucher and realised the wrong item was free so wouldn't let me have it
