  • at jtb2412...Boots wouldn't know what hit it if we turned up by the sounds of it :D

I could certainly use the £2 voucher on Bourjois, but don't like Revlon stuff and too tight to buy Ruby and Millie :D

OH nearly had a barney with the SA in Boots in Cambridge city centre yesterday - I sent him with lip glaze voucher and instructions to pick up 3 lip glazes utilising the 3for2 offer and the voucher as I couldn't find anything on the voucher that said the No17 item purchased alongside the lip glaze couldn't be another lip glaze...But according to the SA this wasn't the case...Bless his little cotton socks - he called me while he was stil at the check out to see what I wanted him to do, but I couldn't think of anything else quickly that I knew I'd use and like the colour of (something to do with having most of the eyeshadows already for a start bar one or two, and not liking the lip glosses in the tubes) so told him to leave it...Still got the voucher though, will see what I can get tomorrow!
DFW no.554 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :T

I have taken a foundation back recently as the shade was too dark. It may be one of those depends on the sa things though. Alternatively you could go into the shop and try the shades first.

Just come back from Riverside, Nottingham Boots.
The Self Service tills were interesting - I spoke to the supervisor about it "beeping" as I have to wait for assistance. She said it is set to beep at every voucher used - so they can check the item is bought and ensure the voucher is posted. It will also beep for magazines as they have to manually input the price. I got the gist that it is the store manager who set it to beep for the vouchers - so this may be different at each store.

Cant blame them, if they rely on people "posting" the vouchers its wide open to abuse so better to have some restrictions than not have the option at all.

Never been to a Boots or any other shop than Tescos where you can serve yourself.

    Hi

I thought that there must be one due with the changeover of offers.

If you combine it with the 750 points with 2 Clinique items you could spend £60 and get back up to £43.40 in points!!!!:T

    Don't forget 3.5% quidco also

Had to pop to Clarks to get my little guy measured for new shoes and trainers so quickly updated my advantage card and got a new points code - will check the discount thread in case its not on there.

How do you get to the £43.50 in pts, by adding multiple clinique items or have I missed something else - need some water filters so may as well make the order worthwhile.

How do you do this and get the points code?
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!
