    Hi All!
Sorry if someone has already mentioned this, but last time I posted the thread was in the 'teens'...

If you regularly buy items which are included in the 50% off healthclub deal, beware...the offers are changing in April.

Last time only a few things changed like taking off Gaviscon and some Slimfast products.

My store has no idea of what is changing... ...if anyone else does pls post any update!

The only ones I have heard of is that Slimfast soups are coming off but Slimfast smoothies are coming on. The self testing kits for things like diabetes etc are coming off too. oh, and the boots twin pregnancy testing kits are coming off.

I popped into Boots today in Newport with my sister and I was explaing about the lip glaze and GWP so I gave her one of my vouchers to use. She was buying two 17 products so I told her to give one to me so that we could both get lip glazes and GWPs. Anyway, mine went through fine, but hers didn't. How bizarre. The SAs couldn't believe it either. They even tried it on the till that I had used and it still wouldn't work. She bought the minerals blusher and I bought a lip gloss.:confused:Had twop GWPs though :)

I think the Wisdom toothbrush offer has ended - there were no signs up but I thought I would try it anyway and it only gave me half price. I ended up buying them for £1.20.

No JF hairspray in Newport left. Anyone use Newport as their local store? It was packed! I couldn't find the clearance section either.

You could try to combine the £2 off till spit with the new vouchers from the ACM.

There's one for a half price Umberto Giannini conditioner when you buy an Umberto Giannini shampoo. Shampoos and conditioners in this range tend to cost around £4.19, so you could get both £4.29 if you can use both vouchers together.

Alternatively, there's also a £1 off Toni and Guy shampoo, conditioner or styling product on the ACM. Shampoos and conditioners are about £4.99, so you could get them for £1.99 each by using both vouchers.

you can always take them to the shop to change the shade if its not right for you.

thanxs poshgal, l didnt think u cud exchange makeup. but if ur rite then i`ll get 2 shades an see hw they are. its a good deal in particular cuz l use the NO7 concealer anyway and its nealry running out.

can you exchange foundation?? i thought they are cosmetics and cannot be exchanged? that makes buying from .com a lot easier then..as i always hesitate to buy,..fearing that the shade will be too light/dark/bright/etc etc and i am unable to return it.

Question as I asked earlier, both I and bedshaped would be grateful for any suggestions:

    Hi

Has anyone else had really bad static hair from using Brilliant Brunette Shine Release Original Shampoo and Conditioner? I bought one of each with a till spit last week and used it twice now and it has made my hair really static. Not impressed as I have quite fine hair anyway. Can anybody suggest a cure for the static, or recommend other makes, as I have 2 more till spits to use by the weekend.

    Thanks

I bought these two products last year and tried them on my very fine hair. Verdict? I chucked them in the bin after a week. They made my hair lank, dull, full of static and sort of tacky feeling, much like I'd been spending the day on a windy beach. Icky!

The Frizz Ease Hair Serum is great though for fine hair...it makes mine feel very silky and stops the flyaways. I've bought lots with the till spit vouchers for DD and me.

I have really fine hair and use Toni & Guy hair serum (I bought it a while ago and they have changed the name of it now) this works a treat on my hair!
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!
