Awwww hugs - that's an awful way to treat you. As said already, get in touch with CS and tell them.....then go back and give the manager what for on behalf of all of us!

i went to one of the bigger boots in my area this evening and did 3 shops

shop 1
17 nail varnish - 2.99
17 lip glaze - 0.00
17 pallette - 0.00
ug conitioner 0.50
ug shampoo 0.00

used ug acm coupon, lip glaze mag voucher and £2 hair till spit
paid £3.49
lol this one went abit wrong but in a good way. the SA couldnt get the 1/2 price ug conditioner coupon to work so she put it in manually as half price. but in the kerfuffle she forgot to swipe the shampoo!! so i got the shampoo free too

paid £9.77
but the SA wouldnt let me use the lip glaze voucher with the pallette! and i got abit embarrassed cos there was a big Q behind me. so i said dont worry about it. now i am annoyed at myself because now i am stuck with the non free lip glaze which in my opinion isnt very good anyway!

was also abit gutted when i saw they sold the shaver i had just bought in argos! missed out on getting points there!

OMG :mad: How utterly crappy!! Phone CS and explain you are missing out on an offer of a range you love (even if you don't too much, lay it on)! You may get some goodies off them? Always worth a bash hun. Terrible this mixed ACM voucher lark :mad:

Has anyone worked out the best deal for the £2 cosmetics spit yet .. or isn't their one? Just wondering whether to stockpile them in case we get another glitch like the hair ones at the moment.

Just wanted to say to Rosie how awful that must have been. I agree about ringing CS and tbh, I can't see how they could have sold it to you and then demanded it back - their error as far as I can see !
