BTW no mailing for me but DD 's arrived today --does anyone know if these are staggered and if I can use anything she does not want ?
My daughters always comes a week before mine.Hers is usually an ordinary size white envelope with a folded letter with vouchers on the bottom.mine is in a plastic wrapper with a 3 fold out page with vouchers.Have always been able to use any she didn't want apart from the double points voucher. It wouldn't go through last year (probably because I'd already used my own twice?) It kept beeping then sa looked at name and card, so I said I must have just picked wrong one up from shelf at home and mine must still be there.

I am just back from a terrible time in my local Boots. I tried to get the foundation on 342 with the free concealers. At the normal till the SA said it wouldnt go through, so she called the No. 7 SA. She told me she would try another way, and I paid 2650 points. Left the shop, walked around for about 15 mins, then remembered I hadnt got the coupons from the ACM. The sa saw me, called me back to the No. 7 counter, said would I speak to the manager. I said ofcourse. The manager said it clearly says on the sign only 1 per person, and took back my goodies. I felt as if they treated me like a shoplifter, and was upset by the whole thing. I feel like I dont want to ever go into that store again. I came back and ordered it online, no problems, didnt order the concealers, 3 just showed up free. So had to pay £26.50 plus £2.95 delivery, where as I wanted to pay with my points.

AAArrgghhhh - I saw those nail kits - loads of them - but left them cos they were marked £15! Wonder if I can get there tomorrow?

No hat boxes in sight anywhere and no clearance shelves. My local Boots AGAIN has no working ACMs so I left totally empty handed. :o

You poor thing! I think that's totally out of order - you'd left the shop and then gone back in! What if you didn't have the products still with you, if you'd taken them back to your car or something? I would ring or e-mail Customer services and explain how upset you are at the way you were treated. Surely once you pay and take the goods away, that's the end of the contract between you and Boots, they've agreed to sell you those items at that price and can't then change their minds! I'm amazed and really feel sorry for you. You must have been upset. Hope you feel a bit better now. How annoying to want to pay with points and not be allowed to.Good luck if you contact CS.
