I had to go on a school trip today and passed Oxford St/Bond Street massive Boots twice. I longingly gazed as I had to walk on by without venturing in... all because I was WORKING!!!!!

Redtop, I was wondering how many of the expert tins and nail sets were left in Kew, as my Brother arrives from abroad tomorrow and he LOVES bootsing. In fact he reads this thread, too. :rotfl:
He has a lot of office workers he has to buy xmas gifts for, last year he gave them the nasty pink lipstick No7 GWP/£6.50 bags, so this year the nail sets seem like a bargain, along with the Expert Tins for the male members of staff with [STRIKE]Halitosis[/STRIKE] Coffee breath.
Just wanted to know if it was worth going back to Kew tomorrow. Roll on Friday, I live for School Hols!

Oh, I forgot to mention a possible glitch yesterday.
I bought 3x Heinz baby Custard's as I had a PC voucher for 3 for £3. The shelf edge label said they were £1.4x per pack but the till recognised them as £1 per pack and then took off 97p and charged me £2.03 for all 3 packs.

No idea why it took off 97p as they should've been £1.33 each then.
Well anyway, might be useful for those who have young children who like the baby custard, My DS loves the banana flavour.

I got 2 tins I think it was but I bought the baby expert. It isn't on 3 for 2 but can put it to better use. I was going to get one lot with the soap to see if that worked looked on Sat shelf empty and yesterday still empty. Sure they'll reappear when gwp disappears:D

Forgot to mention I tried the Bourjois pink glass nail file with new till spit didn't work. So no good for pink hamper;)

I think jaymac's trying to say that by buying 3 x mascaras, (no skincare) the scrub cream, facial soap, and GWP were all free?

Thanks ScorpioKitten for pointing out about the pencil sharpeners. I had noticed them yesterday and I meant to ask last night if anyone knew if they worked with the till spit but I forgot.

I do actually need one so it'll come in handy. I like to get a few extra if possible when it comes to freebies like this because it's nice to give them away to friends like the No7 pink GWP, I ended up with about 12 of these and I've given 3 away, used 1 myself and I've still got the rest ready for gifts at birthdays etc.

I'll probably get the nail varnish remover too because I could do with some of that.

I didn't go Bootsing today after all! Had a lovely day with the kids at a farm and fed the lambs etc so couldn't be bothered Bootsing after all plus I'm skint 'til payday on Friday!

Those tins worked well with the face spritz + ACM voucher (or might have been the magazine voucher, but not both) but they ran out of the spritz! :rolleyes: :rotfl:

Is the face spritz to cool your face? mm wonder will it help with hot flushes:D

Do you know if PC has any No7 nail kits left or have they gone into infinity and beyond lol
