Thanks Danigrace! I got the double points coupon with DS's card but that's all. I was told by a SA that if you get a double points coupon to save it for triple points weekend's because it'll double the triple points ( so 6x the points so 24p back per pound). I've never tried it though just going off what the SA said.
And Thanks to heyjustme for the tips. I'll have to sort through my vouchers!:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0 -

Hi all - I know it's late but had to share my mega bootsing day.
Went to Deepdale this morning as saw on here that they had about 50 nail sets yesterday - get there and the shelf is empty:eek: .
So bought large Ted Baker bag for £4.50 to cheer myself up and also 3x reduced eyeliners with lip glaze to get GWP (then used voucher).
Then went to Fishergate store later and 'dared' myself to get the pink MF GWP that was there - got served at the pharmacy and went through no problem. It then seemed a shame to leave just one so went and got that one and took it upstairs to be served along with some baby stuff - SA noticed and just said "Oh - comes up as free" and put it in my bag.
No Med soap or nail kits in any of them.
Later, about 7.30 had to make a mad dash to my local Argos as forgot to pick up something I had reserved so just 'nipped' into the small Boots there and lo and behold, a stand full of nail kits :j not to mention the Ted Baker perfume sets at £3.75!!!. All in all a brill bootsing day - just need to do the Med glitch now
Oops sorry for the long post - was exited.0 -

MRSTITTLEMOUSE wrote: »I just want to rant about my visit to Boots today.I went to the Eldon Square Newcastle branch.I had some vouchers I had been sent in the post and some out of the machine.I got everything I wanted and stood in the queue, they were taking ages.It got to my turn, and the assistant rang everything in.I gave her my vouchers which in fairness were for the right products. She emptied out my stuff back onto the counter and called one of the supervisors standing at the bottom of the tills. They checked everything.Firstly the 200 points Pantene voucher was not allowed as they were on buy one get one half price free at the moment.A voucher for 250 points on any expert body was not allowed as it was get a gift with two products.I was told I could get the gift or the points.I could'nt use a voucher worth 600 points against olay skincare as that was also currently on offer for 3 for 2,even though I had bought the specific product. The final straw came when they were refusing to put through my 200 points with spend voucher, because my spend contained products from the available offers.I stood my ground on this one and said that it was ridiculous and I had never had this problem before. The supervisor said she would check, at this point I wanted to walk away but some of the stuff I needed.Supervisor came back and said since she was'nt sure she would let me have my 200 points. She then went on to say they are having a crackdown as they have been told vouchers had been misused and staff were being told to adhere to the rules. If this is going to happen infuture then I think I'll not bother using Boots, you can get stuff mich cheaper elsewhere it's only the points and offers that make it worth shopping there and if these are not going to be honoured what's the point.I'm so annoyed I lost out on 1050 points in total today even though I bought all the products.0
