DH changing bum of DD, says we're running out of nappies. this was at 4pm. Quick check online to see opening hours of nearest Boots... 4.30pm. Great 1/2 hour left!!
So, obviously I volunteered to go and get some nappies, in the hope that they stocked both the soap and the gift sets. Went to the ACM, got the all important soap voucher, and went in search of the Med section. There they were.... 4 soaps and 3 blue £15 gift sets. (There were green bags as well, but didn't know if the glitch worked on these!!). So, went and got the nappies and trotted off to the tills. There were two SA's working, one quite experienced one and another new one I hadn't seen before, so I lurked around the clearance section waiting for the young one to be free.
She put it all through , I gave her my voucher and the till bleeped!!!! Oh no I thought... but it was only because she hadn't put my AC in!!! Phewwww!!!:T
I even hung around to give her my 100 points on a £15 pound spend coupon from the latest mailing... how cheeky am I????
So, all you NW bootsers in the area.... There are bargains to be had here!!!!
Julie........ (still shaking!!!!!!)
Julie did you put all Med things through together or did you do each soap and bag seperately - just thought if you put all thru togethr may nt wrk as till may think buy one soap get one free??
Thanks0 -
How did you manage to get that? I was in there at 10.00 yesterday morning and couldn't find any at all.
Would anyone be able to get me any? I would love three of them if anyone would be able to get them.
St Enoch's Centre also didn't let me get the No.17 glitch either. I had a lip liner, the lip glaze and the gift with purchase but when I gave the girl the voucher for the lip glaze it beeped. Seems I could only have the free glaze or the free gift - couldn't have both.
I did see a big pile of the Max Factor gift boxes in St Enoch's but was too chicken too take one.
Re the Mediterranean glitch - I went to Glasgow Sauchiehall Street first thing this morning and the tills there beeped. The girl was dead nice though - I just asked if it was maybe only a single product it went through with and not gift sets. She said that could be right so I told her I would leave the gift set and try something else later.
Does anyone want the vouchers? PM me if you do.
On the plus side I decided to get a free No.17 lip glaze but didn't actually realise the lip liner I had picked up was reduced so got both for 45p.
Anic - I've PMd you.0 -
Managed to get 5 of the hatboxes in Brentwood today @ £2.25 each- there was a whole stand of them left but I couldn't carry any more! The SA asked me to get her one too when they went through at that price. No soaps in this store though, or nail sets.0

I'm so pleased it's working for some of you :T but equally upset that some of you can't manage to get it  .
As someone said before, the next glitch could be at your store so keep ya chin up gals !:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -

Am going to try it tomorrow (ACM playing ball of course!) and see if there's any No7 nail kits left too, there was loads last week but of course, because they said full price I left them. You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that
