Interparcel, not as cheap as they seem

sent a parcel with this company to Latinamerica on the 7th of March. They are brokers for DHL and other couriers. They prices are lower than those offered by couriers but when things go wrong, they do not want to know.
My parcel has yet to reach its destination with the 'Express' service. It took Interparcel over 5 days to realise something was wrong and put on their online tracking system that the parcel was being 'traced' but to this date they have NEVER EVER EVER called or emailed me to explain what is happening despite numerous phone calls and emails I have sent them.
You think you'll save money with people with Interparcel, and they are more than happy to take your money, however their after-sales customer service is simply NON-EXISTENT.
WARNNG: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go direct with the couriers instead. You'll pay more, but there'll be there for you should something go wrong.

I've always had great service from Interparcel, on the few occasions things have not gone to plan they've always rung or e-mailed, and they've never lost anything."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Good for you. However, other people's experience may be different. Anyone looking into using Interparcel should ask DHL what they think of this company first and then risk wasting their time and money with Interparcel.0 -
yes, and you clearly have the time to read them all. do you work for interparcel yourself, i wonder?
evidently being 'sleep-deprived' as described, is not enough to put you off wasting your time browsing the web.
The answer to your question is in his sig.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
