Interparcel

Options

I sent a parcel with this company to Latinamerica on the 7th of March. They are brokers for DHL and other couriers. They prices are lower than those offered by couriers but when things go wrong, they do not want to know.

My parcel has yet to reach its destination with the 'Express' service. It took Interparcel over 5 days to realise something was wrong and put on their online tracking system that the parcel was being 'traced' but to this date they have NEVER EVER EVER called or emailed me to explain what is happening despite numerous phone calls and emails I have sent them.

You think you'll save money with people with Interparcel, and they are more than happy to take your money, however their after-sales customer service is simply NON-EXISTENT.

WARNNG: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go direct with the couriers instead. You'll pay more, but there'll be there for you should something go wrong.

No, it is NOT down to the courier.

It is down to the company that sold you the service. In this case, Interparcel.

I know my rights, and people need to be made aware of these so-called 'service' providers because they are anything but.

so you agree with me, then.

yes, I was also drawn by the price until until I landed into this problem and saw what they are really like.

An experience worth sharing for all those MSers around so they can make an informed decision.
