Are BT installations able to be done on a Saturday or is it only Monday - Friday?

Don't know, but if you commit to an 18 month contract (rather than 12 months), you can have half price line installation:

Yes we had been told that. Installations are only Monday - Friday unfortunately.

I work for them, and have done installs on saturdays when its been required. just tell them its saturday or never

BT Retail can only work with what the Openreach engineers tell us they have availiable, if thats a saturday then great but we cant over-ride the new system for appointments.

Are you still able to CPS your calls to another provider?

I don't think the t&c are very clear. It states you have to remain on option 1, 2 or 3 (now renamed) but it doesnt make clear that you can opt for option 1 (weekend plan) and CPS calls to another provider.
