Can anyone help me, I paid ,at the end of March for a 3 day ticket for the Reading Festival from a company who bought them from a wholsaler who has since done a runner with many thousands of pounds. What I would like to know is:-
1)Do I claim from the supplier who has been let down, I am waiting to see what offer they are making.?
2)Do I claim back from the credit card company- Mastercard-as it was over £100.00?
3)Is there a time limit to the claim whereafter I can't claim from Mastercard?
I am reluctant to claim from Mastercard as the supplier is seemingly doing all he can to help us and keep us informed of proceedings.
Has anyone else been caught out?
PS I have reordered the tickets from another supplier at the same price, I hope this isn't thowing good money after bad.

You CC company is not Mastercard. In UK Mastercard just provide service for other banks and CC companies. You can claim from either supplier or your CC company. If I were you I would claim off your credit card now!
If the supplier then turns up trumps with your tickets you can authorise a new payment.
