any money to tap into for study?

i am looking to do a short course of study which will enhance my current job and give me more flexibility within my role.

anyway there used to be an ILA (individual learning account) of £150 that you could access - but i understand that this is now unavailable.
What replaced this account and if available, where can i access one of these or something similar?

If you are in England, the ILA was not replaced.

Which course would you like to take?
