Would it be wrong to burn down a Parcelforce depot?

Has anyone else had a heady dose of Parcelforce's despicable service?
Some examples of the fun I've had with them in the past year (each for a different parcel):
1. Being on hold for 30 minutes from midday, going to the pub for an hour and a half (I was thirsty) and leaving the phone off the hook, and coming back to find I'm still on hold.
2. Having them promise to deliver a parcel three times to my local post office, and simply not bothering to do so (oh how their online tracking service bites them in their own !!!!!! when that happnes).
3. Failing to deliver a package sent from America, failing to find it in their depot, eventually sending it back to America where it turns up in a battered state six months later.
Has anyone else had equivalent fun with Frank Spencer's Very Own Courier Company (TM)?

I think they deserve being burnt down just for that - or at least paying for your beer as compensation!0 -
how kind of them to put you back on hold when the answered and you weren't there, instead of simply hanging up0

How do you manage to get them to answer the phone???
My local depot is in Bristol and whenever I phone them the phone just rings and rings and rings. It is never answered. I agree that they have absolutely no idea of any concept of customer service. A complete bunch of wasters.0 -
Couriers in general do my head in, I usually send stuff to my mum's as she is in all day most days. I spent the whole morning waiting for a new mobile from work to be delivered on a Saturday delivery last week, I called at about 10am to check it was definitely on the van. At 1.30 I called again to check the whereabouts to be told they had subbed the delivery to a company who don't do Sat deliveries GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!0
