Would anyone transfer my balance?

Hi don`t know if this is in the wrong place or not sorry if it is! I want to transfer my barclaycard balance of £5300 to a 0% card or even something less than barclays high interest rates. I`ve just been turned down for a capital one 0% balance transfer and two last year one was the post office but i forget who the other was. According to a free credit report mine was good so why do i get turned down is it because i`m not working and get carers allowance and income support a total of about £86 a week or because my balance is too high. I`ve only ever missed 2 or 3 payments which was about two years ago and i went about £1400 overdrawn with the bank two years ago but i`ve payed it all off now.

Have a look at this page there are lots of reasons why your being refused from salary to failing to be on the electoral register with the local council.
Try and apply your circumstances to Martin's advice if you haven't done something he reconmends act on those points.
Try not to miss or be late with any payments set up a DD for the minimum amounts each month if you have money left over then make manual payments via the branch or computer to pay extra.
